- Provide on-site support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client equipment, ensuring optimal performance.- Address and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.- Stay updated with the latest technical trends.- Work with clients and Japan HQ to deliver tailored solutions.- Develop long-lasting, positive client relationships for high satisfaction.- Support timely and quality execution of service projects.- Work closely with Japan’s technical teams for top-tier service delivery.Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience of working experience as electrical engineer, mechanical engineer- Experience in Semi-conductor Industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage- Japanese language skills are a bonus for communication with Japan HQ.- Ability to work independently and seek support when needed.- Patient, adaptable, and service-oriented.- Willing to travel to client sites as needed.- Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines- Able to attend approximately 2 months of training in JapanCompensation:
