Assist in the planning and setting up of events (showcases, open house, sponsored events, etc.)
Support delivery and execution of learning experiences that take place in-person, virtual, or hybrid settings
Conduct hybrid and full virtual technical production, including technical tests and dry runs
Liaise with vendors for logistic arrangements around catering, printing, etc.
Perform ad-hoc research to build Catapult’s database of potential clients and knowledge partners

Students from the field of Business and Event Management may apply.
We are looking for an independent individual with a drive to make things work, especially individual with the following qualities:

Extremely strong customer service orientation who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Constant curiosity and a desire to learn new things
Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, and helpful demeanour

Commitment of 6 months with part time option
