Intern, Learning Design & Customer Success (Catapult) (6-month)

- Assist in the planning and setting up of events (showcases, open house, sponsored events, etc.)
- Support delivery and execution of learning experiences that take place in-person, virtual, or hybrid settings
- Conduct hybrid and full virtual technical production, including technical tests and dry runs
- Liaise with vendors for logistic arrangements around catering, printing, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc research to build Catapult’s database of potential clients and knowledge partners
We are looking for an independent individual with a drive to make things work, especially individual with the following qualities:
- Extremely strong customer service orientation who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Constant curiosity and a desire to learn new things
- Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
- Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, and helpful demeanour
- Commitment of 6 months with part time option
