Shipping Coordinator (Tai Seng, up to $3,500)

• Act as the main liaison to collect, verify, and organize all necessary documents from clients, shipping partners, and internal departments.
• Prepare key export/import documents such as invoices, declarations, and other regulatory forms required for customs clearance.
• Maintain open lines of communication with management to keep them informed of shipment progress and any bottlenecks.
• Support the operations team with additional tasks when required.

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience working in a documentation, shipping, or logistics-related role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical and analytical mindset.
