Our client is a retail developer with presence across Singapore, looking to reshape the retail scene with unique brands and tenancy mix.This is a role that will involve redesigning retail spaces, providing shoppers with an experience that is unlike its competitors. This will be a suitable role for someone who seeks to push the boundaries, and is keen to grow with the company.Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.
- Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.
- Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field.
- Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position.
- Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
