Description :
- Execute Ocean export operations.
- Coordinate and receive bookings and shipping instructions from parties, include customers and agents.
- Maintain the documentation for the company’s Export activities.
- Administer and process permit declaration and clearance delivery required.
- Execute Export documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders
- Handling of shipments and collaborate with Ocean Customer Service team to ensure export operations are executed in line with prevailing requirements.
- Liaise with the company’s vendors/suppliers for export shipments
- Prepare billing invoices and invoice verification when required
- Experience in transshipments & cross-border shipments
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
