We're building The World's Most Rewarding Way to Shop - and looking for bold, driven individuals to join us.The RoleThe role will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our financial reporting, using data analysis and quality control as key levers. This position offers a unique chance to act as a bridge between our Finance, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams. The role will be responsible for critical support and system maintenance, data quality control and operational efficiency. The new joiner would act as a change ambassador by educating and empowering finance teams on system functionalities, process improvements and best practices. The ideal candidate should be forward-thinking, passionate about technology and enjoy a hands-on role with plenty of problem solving and collaboration opportunities.Responsibilities:
  • Data Systems & Integrity
  • Lead initiatives to improve the accuracy and consistency of financial reports through robust data validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies, acting as a key point of contact for system integrity issues.
  • Implement and maintain system-driven controls to safeguard financial data, and support internal and external audits.
  • Support the integration of NetSuite with other internal and external systems.
  • Process Automationm
  • Support the automation of financial accounting and reporting processes by contributing to ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to improving the degree of accuracy of Finance data through system controls and process documentation.
  • Drive operational efficiency by supporting the implementation of new solutions, including AI-enabled ones
  • Inter-departmental Collaboration & Support
  • Act as a key partner to internal stakeholders, providing essential technical expertise and bridging gaps between different departments.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to support QC and rollout of new system solutions
  • Promote a culture of accountability and compliance by assisting with the end-to-end documentation of key processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or a related major.
  • 3-5 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce or tech companies
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems
  • Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
  • A good foundation in SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to the Finance function and an understanding of Finance business processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
