This role will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s lawyers by providing comprehensive administrative support while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Singapore office, and the schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday from 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Responsibilities & Qualifications:Other key responsibilities include:
  • Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, document management/edits, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserving the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
  • Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers
We’d love to hear from you if you:
  • Demonstrate professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Display initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
  • Possess both verbal and written communication in English, additional languages beneficial
And have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
