Leasing Consultants

• Market and lease residential’s assets e.g. bungalows, apartments, landed homes, shop houses, etc
• Work with Real Estate agents on marketing, new leases, renewals, etc
• Secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments to achieve set leasing targets,
• Build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
• Manage tenant/ Managing Agent relationships and negotiate lease renewals
• Formulate and review leasing policies and processes
• Conduct all rent and leasing administration in compliance with statutory and company’s regulations
• Conduct periodic market research, trends analysis and prepare market synopsis
• Help prepare monthly management reporting, annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as market analysis.

• Diploma or Degree.
• 8 yrs or more experience in leasing of Residential properties in Singapore.
• Real estate salesperson (RES) registered with the Council for Estate Agencies are welcome to apply.
