- Develop and implement advanced data dashboards, models and algorithms to analyze customer behavior, campaign performance and market trends.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that drive strategic decisions across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Use statistical analysis and machine learning models to predict customer preferences, behavior and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data-driven insights that support campaign strategies and optimize digital content.
- Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to design and deploy generative AI models that help automate content creation, personalized messaging and product recommendations.
- Implement generative models (such as GPT, GANs, or similar technologies) to generate creative content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Research and explore the latest trends in generative AI to develop innovative solutions that improve marketing personalization and engagement.
- Test and fine-tune AI models to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient output for marketing purposes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Communicate data insights, AI-driven findings, and model results to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Work with creative teams to integrate data science and AI models into marketing content and campaigns seamlessly.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist, preferably with a focus on marketing, customer analytics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, GANs, Transformers) for content creation, personalization or other marketing applications.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other data science programming languages and libraries (e.g. Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) and digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Braze).
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization using data-driven insights.
