With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.As an IND Pilot Production Intern, you will work closely with engineers and technicians to support pilot production activities, including prototyping, testing, and process improvements. You will gain hands-on experience in production engineering and exposure to cross-functional collaboration. This role provides valuable learning in translating product designs into manufacturable solutions within an industrial environment.What you will do

Support product development through prototyping, proof-of-concept verification with 3D-printed parts, and reliability testing
Learn and assist in the application and verification of new PECVD conformal coating processes for PCBAs
Contribute to automation initiatives, including digitizing DFA processes, auto-generating assembly documents, and managing a live prototyping request tracking system.

What you bring

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Programming or AI skills are a plus.
