Our Client is a reputable Law Firm in Japan and is building an international team of lawyers capable of delivering services as a global law firm, to support clients' cross-border economic activities. They are currently looking for a Lawyer to join their growing team in Singapore.The Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including:
- Joint ventures and strategic alliances
- Restructuring and reorganisations
- General corporate governance and compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., shareholder agreements, service contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, etc.)
- Provide legal support for transactional structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial requirements
- Assist with corporate advisory matters relating to Singapore company law and regulatory frameworks
- Liaise with external stakeholders
