Your skills and experience

Meticulous
Good team-playing skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
Dynamic and proactive
Strong in accounting entries
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Knowledge of GST is a must
Knowledge of Microsoft excel (formulas, pivot table and basic functions)
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / currently pursuing ACCA
5 years of experience in Accounting

QualificationsYour day-to-day role

Timely posting of receipts to prevent block orders
Monitor, analyze and follow up on blocked orders
Monitor and follow up on AR balances (external and Inter-companies)
Prepare and post Debit & Credit notes and Journals
Send Statement of accounts
Monthly and Quarterly Sales reporting
Work with Assistant Manager on any ad-hoc duties
