- I develop my sport — mountain and hiking — by providing tailored solutions and services that meet the needs of outdoor enthusiasts, whether in-store or online.
- I ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty through genuine, personalized interactions rooted in a shared love for the outdoors.
- I create a smooth and seamless Omni-Channel experience by promoting the Decathlon app and digital services.
- I offer workshop services to personalize or extend the lifespan of my customers’ gear — helping them get the most out of every adventure.
- I set up engaging, experience-based layouts that showcase our mountain and hiking ranges and services.
- I ensure product availability across all channels (store and online stock, orders, etc.) so our customers are always ready for their next hike or trek.
- I uphold a safe and secure environment for my teammates and customers — in-store, with our products, and in terms of data.
- Kick off with a starting package from $2100, soaring up to $2900 and beyond!
