It involves assisting in identifying and analysing risks, suggesting efficiencies and improvements, exercising judgment in executing tasks, and supporting the implementation of risk management strategies.Your way to impact:
A successful ROMS Analyst will act as subject matter expert, supporting their merchant portfolio to minimize loss exposure, partner with technical teams to deploy successful fraud solutions, as well as be able to clearly articulate and explain risk concepts to non-technical partners.Job Description:Essential Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to team discussions and engage in collaborative problem-solving related to risk management.
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing risks that may impact operations and objectives.
  • Suggest efficiencies and improvements within defined processes and procedures.
  • Exercise judgment in executing tasks and contributing to solutions.
  • Support the implementation of risk management strategies and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Excel and pivot table skills is a requirement.
  • Ability for data analytics using: SQL, Python
  • Ability to use Data Visualization Reporting: Tableau, Power BI, Looker
  • Tools & Platforms: Notebooks, Google, BigQuery
  • Experience in one of the following areas: eCommerce, online payments, user trust/risk/fraud investigation/product abuse
  • Strong process improvement, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking through data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of database structures
  • Outstanding leadership, influencing, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills. This position supports clients based in South Korea and Taiwan. Therefore, fluency in English and Korean is essential.
