[What the role is] As Senior/Principal Executive, you will assist the Deputy Director to implement programme and initiatives relating to capability building and employee engagement. You will also work very closely with the Human Resource Business Partnering team to build MPA’s desired culture and an engaged workforce in the organisation.[What you will be working on]Learning & Development
1. Design, implement and facilitate onboarding programmes for new hires. This include MPA and MOT Family orientation programme, writing and presentation courses for new officers.
2. As part of the onboarding of new hires, the incumbent is expected to work with the HR business partners to curate an onboarding toolkit and conduct a pulse check at the 100th day mark to understand how the hire is adapting and/or requires any support.
3. Participate in the annual training budget exercise and ensure the budget allocated aligns with the organisation outcomes.
4. Manage learning administration for training courses which includes milestone, onboarding and in-service sponsorship programmes.
5. Process training invoices in an accurate and timely manner.Employee Engagement
6. Drive and implement the employee well-being initiatives, with focus on promoting and enhancing the overall health and well-being of officers in MPA.
7. Participate as a MPA representative in organising committees for MOT family events such as MOT Family Awards Ceremony and MOT Family Scholarship Ceremony.Pre-Service Scholarship
8. Support undergraduate scholarship schemes to strengthen talent pipeline which include arranging for scholarship assessment interviews, preparation of scholarship appointment letters, processing of scholars’ maintenance allowances, tuition fees and claims on a timely and accurate manner.[What we are looking for]
  • You should be a team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in learning and development, employee engagement or events management would be an advantage.
