- Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management: You will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s brand positioning and commercial objectives. From concept development to asset creation and rollout, you will manage the end-to-end process, collaborating with internal teams and creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Campaign performance tracking will be central to your approach, using data-driven insights to assess impact, optimise strategies, and maximise return on investment.
- Content, Channels & Multimedia: You will oversee the hotel’s presence across all owned and third-party platforms—including the website, social media, email communications, and OTAs—ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards. You will manage the creation of engaging content and coordinate the production of multimedia assets, including photography, videography, and digital materials, to effectively showcase the hotel’s unique offerings and elevate guest engagement. Cohesive, story-driven content across all channels is essential to this role.
- Brand Messaging, Communications & Media Relations: Supporting the development and execution of communications plans, you will help shape narratives that reinforce the hotel’s positioning across both local and international media. Working with the Director of Marketing Communications, you will ensure the timely development and distribution of press materials, sales tools, and marketing collateral, while also managing engagements to drive earned media value and positive brand visibility.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Budget management and reporting will form part of your responsibilities, including expense tracking, preparation of performance reports, and analysis of campaign effectiveness to inform future planning. Market and competitor intelligence will also support your ability to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: You will manage and mentor the Assistant Marketing Communications Managers, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure effective execution of marketing priorities. In collaboration with the Director of Marketing Communications, you will shape the hotel’s marketing direction, foster a high-performing and creative team culture, and ensure cohesive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, including Sales, Revenue, and Operations.
- Stakeholder, Partnership & Guest Communications: You will maintain productive relationships with external partners to create joint promotional opportunities and enhance reach. You will also support the development of guest communications and CRM content, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns while upholding brand standards.
- Crisis Communications & Compliance: You will assist the Director in safeguarding brand reputation through crisis communication support, preparation of key messages, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. You will also ensure marketing content complies with legal and brand requirements, including adherence to data privacy regulations and content approval processes.
- Other Duties As Assigned: Carry out any other reasonable tasks or duties assigned by Director of Marketing Communications or management.
- 7+ years of successful integrated marketing experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury goods.
- Proficient in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and website management.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Tech-literate with design abilities and proficiency in relevant software.
- Strong leadership skills, able to provide direction and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
