- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual concepts for client campaigns.
- Assist in researching visual trends, design styles, and competitor creative approaches to inform new ideas.
- Help compile mood boards, visual references, and preliminary sketches or mock-ups to communicate creative directions.
- Support Graphic Designers in preparing and refining visual assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, stories, banner ads, and website elements.
- Assist with photo editing, image manipulation, and ensuring assets adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Help organize and maintain the creative asset library.
- Assist Copywriters in researching topics, keywords, and audience insights for various content pieces.
- Support in drafting initial concepts for social media captions, short ad copy, and other written materials, under supervision.
- Help proofread and edit written content for clarity, grammar, and brand voice.
- Provide support during local mobile shoots in Singapore, assisting with equipment setup, scene preparation, and on-set organization.
- Assist Video Editors with post-production tasks such as organizing footage, basic trimming, adding text overlays, and preparing video files for different platforms.
- Help source and organize licensed music, sound effects, and stock video clips.
- Conduct research on emerging creative technologies, design software, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on current cultural, social, and digital trends relevant to marketing and advertising.
- Actively participate in team meetings, creative reviews, and learning sessions to deepen understanding of the creative process and agency operations.
- Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Film/Video Production, or a related creative field.
- Experience: Previous internship experience, personal creative projects, or coursework demonstrating a strong interest and foundational skills in graphic design, copywriting, or video production.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with other design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of video editing principles and software.
- Comfortable with mobile content creation (photography, videography, basic editing).
- Strong Creative Aptitude: A budding eye for design, aesthetics, and compelling storytelling, both visually and verbally.
- Eagerness to Learn: Highly motivated to acquire new skills, take on challenges, and receive constructive feedback.
- Proactive & Resourceful: Takes initiative, seeks out tasks, and can find solutions independently when appropriate.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and high quality in creative outputs.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and concise in both written and verbal interactions, able to articulate creative ideas.
