- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and data platform needs and working with Technologies to deliver solutions.
- Always ensure clear operating model with data platforms and control tower platforms.
- End-to-end data solutioning which includes translate business problems into data requirements, data discovery and data processing to deliver outcome.
- Responsible for usage, adoption and governance of data platform and control tower platform
- Ideate, enhance, and own reusable data marts and data assets to support product, segments, and journey analytics.
- Work with transformation group, senior leadership, and technology teams to develop the strategy and platform capabilities.
- Setup cadence - define, educate, and evangelize best practices to enable performance cells to run experimentation at a scale.
- Manage the BAU reports and data marts and continue to look for improvements in the existing data management processes.
- Partner with stakeholders and build strong rapport. Collaborate widely to drive actions and realise impact.
- Able to influence decision-making through clear storytelling; Simplify complex concepts and deliver the ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Actively define and drive Martech initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with several years of experience in managing data analytics product delivery and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Highly numerate with keen eye for details and accuracy;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to explain complex concepts with simplicity. Strong ability to present and communicate to senior management.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with stakeholders with discerning tact.
- Growth mindset; Open to transformation capabilities in the organisation; Actively promote and encourage adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Well versed with data analytics and data management tools and platforms.
- Highly proficient with data wrangling, analytic, transformation and feature engineering using programming tools such as Spark, Python or R. Excellent knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau or Power BI.
- Process management capabilities; manage, optimize, and control process.
- Understanding of Retail Banking environment.
- Experience in delivering complex initiatives and to engage with cross functional stakeholders.
