Job OverviewHiring Finance Specialist at a US Pharmaceutical CompanyJOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage Source to Settle (STS) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes across APAC, primarily for the Japan marketSTS scope: vendor onboarding, PO processing, invoice handling, employee expenses, corporate card, payments, and month-end supportOTC scope: customer and credit management, cash application, collections, order management, and month-end activitiesSupport audits, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvementsDefine and monitor service standards and KPIs, maintain internal controls and complianceOpen to occasional business travel within Asia and flexible with potential role rotation or scope changesJOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in STS/OTC (shared service experience preferred)Business-level fluency in Japanese (N1 equivalent) and English * Necessary for internal/external communicationDegree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; professional certification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) preferredSolid knowledge of accounting principles, SOX compliance, and audit processesHands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeProactive, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple prioritiesStrong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in multicultural environmentsAdditional InformationExpected Salary:Around 5,000/ month ＋VB (around 10% of annual salary)#LI-JACSG
