With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.As a Supplier Quality Development Intern, you will support the Global SQM team in coordinating supplier change requests, preparing approval documentation, and enhancing dashboards to monitor supplier performance. You will help ensure data accuracy and contribute to process improvements within supplier quality management. This role provides hands-on experience in quality systems, supplier management, and data-driven performance monitoring within a global operational environment.What you will do

Support the Global SQM team in coordinating supplier change request activities
Compile and prepare documentation to support approval of components or products for new or alternate sources and engineering changes
Enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor supplier KPI performance.

What you bring

Undergraduate in Engineering/Supply Chain or a related field
Basic understanding of quality management systems, supplier processes, or engineering change controls

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
