Job Description:Objectives of the position:The overall in-charge of Purchasing planning Department, responsible and accountable for Dept‘s performances. Represent company in Regional SCM Community. As one of the key player in APAC Control Tower Purchasing Planning team, the individual will be expected to design, lead and ensure the implementation of the demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization to achieve the goals of department and group.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and guide Purchasing Planning Team2. Overlook daily operations (Demand planning, purchase order processing, freight management, cross trade shipment)3. Supplier performance evaluation4. Reporting on company’s KPIs’ such availability, order line fill rate, drag5. Material master management6. Handle annual scrap tender exercise7. Key users to assist in any SCM reporting automation8. Key User to Global MM and PDM community10. Quarterly Sales, Inventory and Operating Planning meeting with Customers11. Lean Operation System lead and Co-ordinator12. Any other tasks assign by Head of Supply Chain & LOS, APACSkills & Qualification:

Bachelor of Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business related field

Knowledge in SAP system (ECC 6.0, S4 HANA, BI)

Experience in Purchasing and Planning

Microsoft Office (Power point, Words, Excel)

Good written and communication skills

Knowledge in International Trading Business (Eg: Free Trade Agreement, Freight Forwarding, Incoterm)
