Legal Counsel APAC | West

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters across the APAC region.
• Support corporate governance and corporate affairs, including board resolutions, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Act independently to assess legal risks, propose solutions, and implement actions with minimal supervision.
• Liaise effectively with overseas offices and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable legal guidance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in APAC and advise on potential impacts.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline; admission to practice law is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or contract law, including compliance matters.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical legal solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across APAC teams and cultures.
