We are working with a boutique architecture studio celebrated for its award-winning modern landed houses and bespoke residential projects in Singapore. The firm is seeking an Architect with solid experience and design sensitivity to join its team and contribute to creating meticulously detailed private homes.This role is ideal for someone who combines refined design skills with technical expertise, and who thrives in a collaborative, design-focused studio. You will support senior architects in delivering projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of key packages and growing toward greater project responsibility.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing design concepts, detailed drawings, and technical documentation for high-spec landed residential projects
- Prepare 3D models, visualisations, and presentations to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of designs
- Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving design or technical issues during construction
- Take ownership of specific project packages or phases, ensuring timely delivery and quality output
- Maintain alignment with the studio's award-winning design standards and attention to detail
- Contribute fresh ideas and actively participate in the creative process alongside senior team membersKey Requirements:- 4-8 years of post-graduate experience in architecture, with exposure to landed residential projects or bespoke high-end housing
- A degree in Architecture with a strong portfolio showcasing spatial sensitivity, detailing, and contemporary design thinking
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp or Rhino is a plus
- Understanding of Singapore building codes, authority submissions, and landed housing guidelines is advantageous
- Excellent coordination skills with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Ability to work independently while being a strong collaborator within a small, design-focused team
