- Develop and execute detailed test plans for smart meter safety and electrical performance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and prepare accurate reports. Lead complex test projects, defining plans and meeting deadlines.
- Operate and maintain advanced test equipment, perform calibrations, and train staff on procedures.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve testing processes.
- Ensure lab operations adhere to quality management systems and implement continuous improvements. improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Hold the responsibility and manage lab operations to continuously meet quality management system independently.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability in product safety & electrical performance testing.
- Relevant experience in Smart Meter/Electricity Meter testing or ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new experimental techniques.
- Proven ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.
- Technically motivated to solve problems and have the initiative to explore new ideas.
- Ability to plan and organize tasks to meet project time frames.
- Able to handle documents with patience and carefulness.
