- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for optimization, and implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
- Must be a Singaporean due to business needs
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer or consultant, with expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog), and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (e.g., REST API, SOAP, MID Server) and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
