The candidate will be supporting AP projects which will provide the candidate with exposure to various AP functions.Make an Impact by:

AP transformation projects

Implementation of e-invoicing platform - requirements gathering, project managing AP resources in UAT and issues resolutions as well as assisting in UAT, involve in the change management (eg prepare FAQs) / communications with internal stakeholders on the changed processes, suppliers onboarding onto new e-invoicing platform which may require the candidate to perform cold calls or handle enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
GIRO e-forms – follow up with users who have not submit GIRO e-forms. Ensure that the GIRO e-form are executed and update GIRO e-form process.
Perform invoice processing and general ledger data entry in SAP accounting system
Perform AP reporting activities including interco reconciliations, Balance Sheet schedules preparation
Liaise with vendors/employees on payment issues
Review staff claims for compliance against claim policy.

Skills for Success:

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
Basic knowledge in accounting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Verbal Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
People management
Good time management and detail oriented
Experience in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Meticulous and efficient to manage high volume of transactions.
