Job DescriptionWork Scope

Provide quality customer service by answering inbound calls/emails
Attending to enquiries/complaints and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Escalation of cases which require follow up
Provide accurate product and service information to customers
Ensure proper closure of individual customer cases
Other duties as assigned by Supervisors
