Responsibilities

Assist in education of patient and ensure accurate nursing records
Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients.
Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of the patients
Plan and implement patient care accordingly
Ensure patients' comfort and safety
Update patient's conditions to next of kin

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing
Registered nurse with SNB
