Update or create training materials and design e-learning content to meet market and industry needs.
Oversee day-to-day training operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders, trainers, and trainees. This includes liaising with marketing team to drive awareness for training activities.
Plan, direct, and supervise training operations, including logistic readiness, while maintaining control over training expenditure.
Recruit, train, and manage a pool of Associate Trainers, Developers, and Assessors to ensure a high-quality training experience.
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
Create and maintain training SOP, workflow charts, and policies to meet government regulations.

Responsibilities

Familiar with SkillsFuture SG (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) compliance/auditing, submission of documents' requirements and SSG Skills Frameworks
Good time management and interpersonal skills
Meticulous with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Possession of ACLP / ACTA will be an advantage
