- Develop and manage relationships with key global clients to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage contract renewals for existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions and strategies with client objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and forecasts to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years. Proven experience in account management or sales within a global context.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions as they apply to security and surveillance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Develop and maintain Technology Partners' Program and Industry Associations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic goals with Technology Partners and Industry Associations objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration in technology development and market expansion.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
- Create and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment.
- Monitor and report on the performance of strategic alliances, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years. Experience in Enterprise Sales. Understand the ecosystem sales from Vendor (Manufacturers) toSystem Integrator to Main Contractors and to End-Users.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and managing complex partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research to support strategic initiatives.
