- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
- Support the setup of courses and schedules in the Training Management System (TMS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with trainers on documentation and onboarding to ensure smooth engagement and readiness.
- Upload and manage course materials in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is current and accessible.
- Support the processing of applications, ensuring timely review, approval, and compliance with course and funding requirements.
- Assist in creating and updating course webpages to ensure accurate and timely information is presented to learners.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
- Minimally 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior experience in the education sector and training / learning management system administration preferred
- Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly analytical
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Able to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is meticulous, takes initiatives and able to multi-task
