  • Assist the Research & Insights team in conducting data collection activities, including interviews and mystery audits
  • Contribute to the processing of collected data and reporting at different stages of research projects
Research Planning and Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives including tasks like data collection, verification, and data cleaning
Consulting Project Support
  • Provide support to consulting projects across various solutions, including HR, Business, and Service Transformation
Practice Development
  • Assist internal project teams in practice development, which may involve the development of tools, templates, and processes
What It Takes To Be In This Role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in using MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
