- Identify Sales opportunities and achieve Orders and Revenue targets.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic customers, partners, and inter-departments.
- Organize customers’ visits, events and conduct corporate presentations.
- Develop and manage distribution channels and including new leads.
- Qualify and present to prospects, sales negotiations.
- Develop and execute action plans with internal department PICs.
- Co-ordinate Pre-Sales activities and post-sales follow-up.
- Support marketing activities such as e-commerce, exhibition, brochures.
- Support proposals and quotation submission to customers’ RFQs, RFIs.
- Others related to Marketing activities & able to handle project as team leads PIC.
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline, Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably with Stamping house manufacturing/plastic & metal injection molding or surface finishing industry experience background.
- Strong communication skills with customer and internal department focus.
- Result oriented, motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Possess high sense of responsibilities & teamwork spirit; confidence & willingness to work efficiently under pressure.
- Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
- Able to travel to Southeast Asia and willing to attend seminar which related to surface finishing including local.
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
