Director, Investment APAC (Data Center) | Real Estate

• Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of data centre land acquisitions and development projects across multiple APAC markets.
• Manage all aspects of the investment process, including financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, JV partners, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation and review of investment materials and ensure smooth handover to asset management teams post-acquisition.
• Monitor market trends and identify new investment opportunities in target regions.
• Contribute to long-term growth initiatives, including market entry strategies and portfolio expansion.

• At least 12 years hands-on APAC experience in real estate investment, with a track record in data centre.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex transactions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and people skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
