COMPANY OVERVIEWOur client is the asset management arm of a leading Japanese financial group.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProcess settlements for loan disbursements, treasury trades, sales and purchase securities transactions with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and settlement of the trades.Preparation and checking of SWIFT messages, along with overall management of the SWIFT system. * Contribution to the development and implementation of new systems, products, and markets, including process setup, control implementation, service level establishment, and regulatory complianceExecution of daily operational tasks to deliver high-quality service to internal clients, ensuring compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support for account setup within payment systems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and maintaining complete records. * Monitoring of payment timelines, tracking receipts and following up on non-receipts until full closure of transactions.

Capturing of trade details, including loan profiles, schedules, and cashflows, into relevant systems with a focus on data integrity.
