- To assist in the daily operation of the Clinic, inclusive of triaging, dispensing medicines and payment.
- Attend to all patients seeking treatments and making inquiries at the clinic promptly and courteously.
- To assist Dentists during consultation and dental procedures.
- Ensure the comfort of patient throughout the treatment, and give simple oral health instructions.
- Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment as required.
- Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms.
- To sterilize instruments and prepare dental room.
- To manage and handle dental appointments, data entry and records.
- Other admin and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE O Level & above.
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- A team player who is willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Willing to wear Personal Protection Equipment for long hours.
