- Be accountable for driving digital performance and online acquisition.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all digital and integrated media campaigns, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence.
- Drive data-driven analysis to generate actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure effective spending that maximizes acquisition.
- Identify new opportunities and lead an experimentation approach to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and our media agency to review and optimize campaigns and implement new strategies.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing strategies and techniques.
- Proven experience with digital media and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, GMP, Facebook Business Manager and GA4. You can confidently connect platform performance to business objectives.
- Excellent understanding of digital media planning, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to create and manage performance dashboards and reports, with strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel to analyse campaign data, track budgets, and present findings to stakeholders.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented team player with excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail. You are an independent contributor who is comfortable navigating a complex organization to get things done.
