Regional Technology & Digital Leader
- Serve as the in-region strategic Technology & Digital leader for Singapore operations aligning local business needs with the broader Disney Cruise Line objectives.
- Product Vision & Roadmap
- Co-create a data-informed product vision and multi-year roadmap tailored to Singapore’s market needs and operational priorities.
- End-to-End Delivery
- Lead cross-functional squads (UX, engineering, QA) through Agile ceremonies—prioritize backlogs, remove blockers, ensure on-time, high-quality releases with global teams.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders in Singapore (Commercial, Operations, Entertainment, HR, Shipboard) to effectively translate regional requirements into technology solutions via structured business cases.
- Leverage your influence to align cross-functional teams, secure buy-in for prioritiy initiatives, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- People Leadership
- Directly manage a team of product managers and guide adjacent teams; set regional priorities, allocate resources, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Innovate & Scale
- Identify opportunities for emerging technologies and process improvements; pilot proofs-of-concept in Singapore and scale successful solutions fleet-wide as appropriate.
- Develop and implement outcome-based products and roadmaps that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively surface and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges within the Singapore context; maintain clear reporting on key risks and mitigation plans.
- 10+ years of experience in product management with extensive experience working in technology ideally with delivery and product management roles within a large, matrix organization (hospitality, travel, or related industries preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience, proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing geographically dispersed teams.
- Skilled at connecting regional business priorities to global objectives; capable of crafting persuasive business cases and aligning stakeholders around clear, region-specific digital plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; adept at influencing senior leaders without direct authority.Experience in interpersonal relationships, mentoring, planning and communication.
- Strong written, verbal and research skills with the ability to work well both autonomously and collaboratively
- Comfortability working across global site locations and time zones
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience highly preferred.
