
Global Security Solution Architect

- Define and maintain the global security architecture strategy, principles, and standards across platforms and solutions.
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise security platforms, including identity & access management (IAM), cloud security, network security, endpoint protection, and data protection.
- Partner with business, IT, and risk stakeholders to translate security requirements into effective solution designs.
- Evaluate and select security technologies, tools, and vendors to support enterprise strategy.
- Provide architecture governance and oversight across projects, ensuring consistency with global frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Lead the development of reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for secure design and implementation.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive adoption of modern security approaches (e.g., zero trust, secure-by-design, DevSecOps).
- Act as a thought leader on security trends, threats, and emerging technologies.
- Support incident response and risk assessments with architectural guidance where required.
- 10+ years in IT architecture, with at least 5 years focused on security solution architecture in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise security platforms across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Proven experience with IAM, encryption, PKI, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, and application security.
- Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, TOGAF, SABSA, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI-DSS, MAS TRM, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, automation, and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Security Architect.
