- Lead and manage the facilities management and corporate administration team, including executives supporting senior leadership.
- Management of all corporate services functions including facilities, procurement, leasing, travel, and office administration.
- Drive continual improvements in policies, processes, and service delivery to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee office facilities management including renovations, fit-out projects, relocations, and space planning.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.) and coordinate with internal stakeholder and building management/landlords.
- Ensure workplace safety, sustainability initiatives, and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained.
- Lead the procurement process including RFQs, RFPs, vendor evaluations and contract negotiations for facilities and corporate services.
- Prepare and manage approval papers, business cases, and submissions for internal committees/management to secure spending and procurement approvals.
- Ensure all approval documentation is accurate, compliant with policies, and completed in a timely manner.
- Review and manage tenancy agreements, corporate travel policy, and administration-related contracts.
- Monitor budgets, track cost utilisation, and ensure financial prudence across corporate services functions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate services, with a strong background in large-scale office facilities management and procurement process.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing approval papers, with the ability to navigate approval and compliance processes.
- Strong process management orientation with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives will be advantageous.
- Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, able to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
