What the role is:You are part of a dynamic team that designs and manages HR communications, utilises technological solutions, and champions HR messages and communications.What you will be working on:
Support the development and implementation of HR communication plans by assisting with digital content creation, including drafting posters, infographics, and multimedia materials for internal communications and employee engagement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. • Assist with researching and exploring the latest digital communication tools and trends to enhance HR communication effectiveness, including drafting communication materials and HR marketing collaterals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reorganise the HR internal communication platforms.
