We're seeking an IT Assistant to help keep our technology running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your IT expertise in a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged.What You'll Do:

Set up and collect laptops/equipment for new and departing staff
Help colleagues with computer problems (either in-person or remotely)
Install and update software on computers and devices
Keep our systems running with regular maintenance and updates
Help maintain our network and ensure everything stays connected
Work with our IT team to keep servers and equipment working properly
Create simple documentation of processes and procedures
Learn about new technology and help implement improvements

What We're Looking For:Essential Skills:

Some hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
Basic experience setting up or troubleshooting computers/laptops
Comfortable helping people with technology problems
Understanding of basic networking concepts
Good communication skills in English and Malay
Resourcefulness and ability to learn on-the-go

Nice to Have (but not required):

Any server or cloud platform experience
Knowledge of web servers or SSL certificates
Experience with backup systems
Familiarity with Synology NAS systems

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates welcome!)
OR relevant IT experience/certifications (no degree required if you have practical experience)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset
