Job Description:General Description:This position is responsible for effective handling of tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectivesKey Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with global and regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers

Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers

Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process

Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system

Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis from Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goal.

Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required

Skills Required:- Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory- Ability to utilize software efficiently eg. Ariba/Jagger/etc.- Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity- Required bilingual in spoken and written English- Ability to multitask and perform under pressureQualifications & Experience:

Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields preferred

2-3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry especially in Ocean freight

fresh with 1 year quotation experience in freight forwarding industry can apply
