Lead and ensure quality program performance meeting the planned schedule, scope and result. Manage program changes that includes scope, plan, business rules, policies and procedures. Work with the program teams to identify project risks and evaluate solutions. Serve as Local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned quality program. Represent Fab10 on the quality programs in collaboration work with Frontend Operations network and Global Quality. Manage audit/ customer visit preparation. Experience with IATF16949 standard and AIAG Quality Tools are preferred. Strong program and project management skill. Possess good collaboration skills and strong multi-tasking capability. Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-functional group issues to resolution Excellent written and oral communications skills Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. Build and implement tools and dashboards to audit the current processes Deploy automation solution using Python, R, SQL, Tableau, RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps Bachelors in Engineering Degree
