We are looking to hire a Sales Design Consultant to serve as the front-line ambassador for commercial interior design services. You will be engaging clients, shaping design visions, and translating needs into feasible, compelling proposals.Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage prospective and existing clients, understanding their brand vision, spatial requirements, and business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice in space planning, design concept development, and material selection to elevate functionality and brand impact.
  • Develop and present tailored design proposals, mood boards, layout plans, and quotations.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and smooth hand-offs from sales to delivery.
  • Lead client presentations, showcasing conceptual designs via sketches, 3D renderings, or visual presentations
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout pre- and post-sales phase
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to refine service offerings and sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years experience as a Sales Design Consultant.
  • Background in Interior Design, Architectural Sales, or related consulting roles—preferably in commercial projects.
  • Strong skills in client engagement, visualization (photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A high-service mindset, being able to stay professional, transparent, and client‑oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous client engagements, adapt to fast‑paced project environments, and uphold attention to detail.
