Associate, Investment

• Source and analyse investment opportunities
• Structuring and executing the acquisition of assets in Asia Pacific
• Conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisition decisions
• Present financial analysis to key stakeholders
• Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with external advisers/ consultants
• Prepare investment papers, presentations and other materials as required
• Review transaction documents
• Monitor market news, trends and prepare regular sector research

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field from a reputable university
• 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• A strong team player
