- Deliver content-focused modules to students, including curriculum design, assessment, project supervision, and ongoing academic mentoring.
- Design and implement engaging lessons in areas such as content strategy, storytelling for brands, integrated campaign planning, and multi-platform content creation.
- Evaluate and improve curriculum delivery and assessment to ensure relevance, industry alignment, and learning effectiveness.
- Spearhead developmental initiatives and lead collaborations with industry partners, including live briefs, campaign-based competitions, and client projects.
- Stay up-to-date and responsive to emerging trends in digital marketing, brand strategy, social media, motion design, and AI-supported content creation.
- Actively engage with professional bodies and industry networks to support curriculum relevance and student career readiness.
- Represent the school in committees and contribute to administrative and management tasks, including outreach, recruitment, and programme coordination.
- Support the development and delivery of Continuing Education and Training (CET) or adult learning programmes in content strategy and digital brand experience.
- Relevant qualification with at least five (5) years of industry experience in content strategy, brand experience, integrated marketing, digital communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute 360° brand campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. social, digital, experiential, and traditional media).
- Familiarity with audience research, messaging strategy, and content planning processes.
- Strong working knowledge of content production tools and platforms (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Meta Suite, GA4).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring at the tertiary or adult learning level is advantageous.
- Desirable experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Storytelling for brands and social media
- Integrated marketing communications
- Motion design and branded content creation
- AI-enhanced content workflows or influencer marketing
