
Global HR Business Partner

- Act as strategic advisor to Global Business Leaders around the People Agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision
- Ensure global HR policies and frameworks are aligned with organizational strategy and market or functional requirements, utilizing business acumen and market knowledge.
- Accountable for championing a future focused approach by thinking strategically and anticipating new opportunities, as well as understanding external market trends to drive successful organizational transformation
- Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness
- Degree qualified with minimally 12 to 15 years' experience across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering and experience in delivering strategic initiatives and driving transformation projects
- Global HR experience is required, with proven track record in collaborating with the business and within HR to ensure strategic alignment with organization goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team across different geographies
- Demonstrate high level of flexibility and agility to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
