A Research Fellow position is available at Singapore Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The main role is to design and fabricate next-generation flexible sensory devices. Potential candidates should be able to independently conduct research with strong self-motivation and exploration spirit.Key Responsibilities:Develop flexible and stretchable sensors for complex IR signal detection, advancing wearable device functionality.Regularly perform materials and device synthesis, fabrication and characterization.Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferences .Contribute to the mentoring and guidance of junior researchers and students, fostering an environment of learning and innovation within the project team.Job Requirements:Candidates should hold a Ph.D. Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanics, Biomedical Engineering or related field.Expertise in IR radiation sensing, IR emission regulation.Solid knowledge in human-machine interaction.Solid knowledge in advanced manufacturing of nanomaterials and soft structures.Capable of design and assemble of device prototypes.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
