What the role is:We believe every MOE officer can be a confident technologist - empowered to work smarter, collaborate better, and solve problems with digital tools. As Deputy Director, Digital Experience & Enablement in the Digital Excellence & Products Division (DXD), you will lead efforts to improve the digital experience of our officers and strengthen their confidence in using technology. You will shape strategies that make workplace tools intuitive, embed them into everyday routines, and foster a culture of digital confidence across MOE HQ.What you will be working on:
  • Improve digital experience: Drive adoption of workplace productivity tools (e.g., collaboration platforms, automation solutions, digital workflows). Identify and address friction points to make everyday digital interactions seamless and intuitive. • Lead enablement efforts: Design communications, training, and behavioural nudges that help officers embrace and confidently use workplace technologies. • Track what matters: Measure adoption, engagement, and value realised from digital tools. Use data and feedback to refine enablement strategies. • Empower the workforce: Champion digital upskilling, peer learning, and just-in-time support to build a culture of digital confidence. • Partner across the ecosyste Work closely with platform, digital, and transformation teams to keep user needs at the centre of solution design and rollout.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 12 years of experience in digital adoption, workplace transformation, change management, or employee engagement roles • Proven track record of improving user experience, driving adoption, and enabling change at scale • Strong ability to translate user insights into actionable and scalable adoption strategies • Strategic mindset focused on sustainable outcomes, supported by data-driven decision-making • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a passion for making technology empowering, intuitive, and human-centric In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
